We currently deliver across all major cities and regions within Egypt. For areas outside our standard delivery zones, please contact our support team to confirm availability and estimated delivery costs.

2. Delivery Timeframes

- Standard Products: Delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Customized or Made-to-Order Products: Furniture manufacturing may take up to 40–45 business days.
- Finishing and Design Services: Scheduled according to customer appointment and project timeline.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details. You can easily follow your delivery status through our Contact Page or by reaching our customer care team.

5. Delivery Process

Our logistics team ensures every product is packaged carefully to prevent damage during transit. Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting your order before signing the receipt. If you notice any visible damage, please report it immediately to our team.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the delivery address during the scheduled time, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in certain cases.

7. International Shipping
