We currently deliver across all major cities and regions within Egypt. For areas outside our standard delivery zones, please contact our support team to confirm availability and estimated delivery costs.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Products: Delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Customized or Made-to-Order Products: Furniture manufacturing may take up to 40–45 business days.
- Finishing and Design Services: Scheduled according to customer appointment and project timeline.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees vary based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking details. You can easily follow your delivery status through our Contact Page or by reaching our customer care team.
5. Delivery Process
Our logistics team ensures every product is packaged carefully to prevent damage during transit. Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting your order before signing the receipt. If you notice any visible damage, please report it immediately to our team.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the delivery address during the scheduled time, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in certain cases.
7. International Shipping
Currently, international delivery is not available. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping coverage soon.

في كوزي هومز، نسعى لتوصيل طلباتك بسرعة وأمان وبأفضل حالة ممكنة. تم تصميم سياسة التوصيل لدينا لضمان تجربة سلسة وشفافة من لحظة الطلب حتى استلامك للمنتج.
1. مناطق التوصيل
نقوم حالياً بالتوصيل إلى جميع المدن والمناطق الرئيسية داخل جمهورية مصر العربية. بالنسبة للمناطق خارج نطاق التوصيل القياسي، يرجى التواصل مع فريق الدعم لتأكيد مدى التوفر وتكلفة الشحن التقديرية.
2. مدة التوصيل
- المنتجات العادية: يتم التوصيل خلال 3–7 أيام عمل حسب موقعك.
- المنتجات المخصصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب: قد يستغرق التوصيل حتى 40–45يوم عمل.
- خدمات التشطيب والتصميم: يتم تحديد الموعد حسب جدول العميل وخطة المشروع.
3. رسوم التوصيل
تختلف رسوم التوصيل حسب حجم الطلب ووزنه والموقع الجغرافي. تظهر تكاليف الشحن (إن وجدت) بوضوح في صفحة الدفع قبل إتمام الشراء.
4. تتبع الطلب
بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد تحتوي على تفاصيل التتبع. يمكنك متابعة حالة الطلب بسهولة من خلال صفحة التواصل أو بالاتصال بفريق خدمة العملاء.
5. عملية التوصيل
يحرص فريق اللوجستيات لدينا على تعبئة كل منتج بعناية لمنع أي ضرر أثناء النقل. عند الاستلام، نوصي بفحص الطلب قبل التوقيع على الإيصال. إذا لاحظت أي تلف ظاهر، يرجى إبلاغنا فوراً.
6. في حال عدم استلام الطلب
إذا لم تكن متاحاً في عنوان التوصيل وقت التسليم المحدد، سيتواصل معك فريقنا لتحديد موعد جديد. قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية في بعض الحالات لإعادة التوصيل.
7. الشحن الدولي
حالياً، لا نوفر خدمة التوصيل الدولي، ولكننا نعمل على توسيع نطاق الشحن قريباً.
