1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned, including: - Customized or made-to-order furniture - Personal care or hygiene products - Items marked as “Final Sale” - Digital services or consultation fees

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with images and your order number. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team via email at support@cozyhomeeg.com or through our Contact Us page. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or an error occurred on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Services and Custom Orders

For design consultations, finishing services, or custom interior work, Cozy Homes does not offer refunds once the project has begun. However, modifications or schedule adjustments may be discussed with our customer service team.
